Welcome to Mahjong Solitaire. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mahjong Solitaire mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By using the App, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment on compatible devices. You may not modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the App.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including ad removal, extra hints, extra lives, and similar items. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's purchase policies and pricing.

We do not receive or store your payment card data. Payment information is handled directly by Google Play.

4. Ads and Monetization

The App includes advertising from Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Ads may be shown in the App, and data required for ad delivery may be collected by Google and its partners. Purchasing ad removal will stop ads from appearing in your App experience.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any unlawful way, to harass other users, or to attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or exploit the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for details about information collection, storage, and use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, design, and software code in the App are the property of the App developer or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce App assets without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits, data loss, or device damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
