1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Google Sign-In (optional): If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's display name, email address, and profile information as provided by Google, in order to link your progress across devices.
• Settings preferences: Background music volume, sound effects volume, and other in-app preferences you choose.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Anonymous user identifier: When you first open the App, we automatically create an anonymous account via Firebase Authentication and assign you a unique identifier (UID). This happens even if you never sign in with Google.
• Gameplay data: Your level progress, high score, lives count, hints remaining, shuffle usage, and similar in-game statistics.
• Purchase status: Whether you have purchased ad removal or other in-app items (the purchase transaction itself is processed entirely by Google Play — see Section 4).
• Usage and diagnostic data: Through Firebase Analytics, we automatically collect standard app usage information, which may include device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, approximate location (derived from IP address), session length, and in-app events such as level starts and level completions.

1.3 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Certain features of the App rely on third-party services that may independently collect information, as described in Section 4 below — including advertising identifiers collected by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and information collected by Google Play Billing when you make a purchase.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Save and restore your game progress across sessions and devices
• Operate the global leaderboard
• Display and personalize advertisements
• Process in-app purchases
• Understand how the App is used so we can fix bugs and improve gameplay
• Maintain the security and integrity of the App

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Public Leaderboard

If you complete a level, your highest score and a display name (your Google account name, or a randomly generated guest name such as "Guest-A1B2C" if you have not signed in) are published to a global leaderboard visible to all players of the App. Do not sign in with an account whose name you do not want publicly visible on the leaderboard.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), including banner ads, full-screen interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads (for example, to earn an extra life).

AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, and — depending on your region, OS-level settings, and any consent you provide — may use this information to show personalized advertising.

Your choices:

• You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (for example, Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, or iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
• Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app item permanently disables ad display within the App.
• Where required by applicable law, the App will request your consent before showing personalized ads.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads, additional lives, additional hints). All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play's billing system. We never receive or store your payment card details, bank information, or other financial account information — this is handled exclusively by Google Play in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

7. Data Storage and Security

• Game settings and progress are stored locally on your device.
• Game progress, purchase status, and leaderboard entries are also stored in Cloud Firestore, secured so that each user can only read or write their own data (except for the public leaderboard's name/score fields, which are readable by all users).
• We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your game progress and account data for as long as your account remains active. If you would like your data deleted, see Section 10 below.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 11 so we can delete it.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 5)
• Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, by our service providers (Google/Firebase). By using the App, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your information.
